	Camden,City & Islington Scout Centre might be just the place to stay. The Centre is based on Holloway Road, about half an hour from the M1 & the North Circular and only six miles from Trafalgar Square & the centre of London. What’s more, the Centre Is a short bus ride from Highbury & Islington BR station and is within easy walking distance of Holloway Road tube (underground) station on the piccadilly line, (you can see the station from the door of the centre) giving you and your Scouts an easy route into the heart of the City and the West End. The Centre has no beds, but its centrally heated hall and other rooms give you a perfect floor for ‘indoor camping’. There’s a fully fitted kitchen with cutlery and crockery available for visiting groups to use. The usual toilet facilities are available and the Gents room has two shower cubicles within it. A separate shower and toilet facility is available for the use of disabled visitors.
		Local amenities include Two large supermarkets (Waitrose, Morrisons), leisure centre, swimming pool, a cinema, Bowling Alley and, of course, the Arsenal Stadium. Charges begin at approximately £4.00 per person per night.
